De Porto Alegre a Tramandaí: O Passado Criminoso do Sequestrador que Chocou o Rio Grande do Sul
Marco Antônio Bocker Jacob, de 61 anos, recentemente linchado por moradores de Tramandaí após sequestrar uma menina de nove anos, possui um histórico criminoso preocupante. Em 2020, ele tentou raptar uma adolescente de 17 anos em Porto Alegre, episódio que deixou marcas profundas na vítima.
Tentativa de sequestro em Porto Alegre
Em 25 de maio de 2020, no bairro Rubem Berta, Jacob invadiu a residência de uma família onde havia trabalho como pedreiro no ano anterior. Aproveitando-se de uma cópia não autorizada da chave, ele entrou em casa enquanto adolescente estava sozinho. Jacob agrediu, amordaçou e a levou em um carrinho de mão, coberto por um cobertor. A jovem conseguiu gritar por socorro, atraindo a atenção dos vizinhos, o que levou à prisão em flagrante do agressor. Após cumprir um ano e cinco meses de prisão preventiva, Jacob foi condenado em 2022 por sequestro, lesão corporal e violação de domicílio, mas passou ao regime aberto logo após a sentença.
Sequestro em Tramandaí
Menos de um mês após a extinção de sua pena, em 25 de fevereiro de 2025, Jacob atraiu uma menina de nove anos para a loja de conveniência que administrava em Tramandaí. Oferecendo um picolé, ele convenceu a criança a entrar no estabelecimento e pediu que ela pegasse uma bola nos fundos da loja. Quando a menina entrou, ele a empurrou para dentro de um fosso pesado, lacrando a entrada com uma tampa de concreto e caixas de cerveja. A criança foi mantida em cativeiro por cerca de 18 horas, período em que sofreu agressões físicas. O resgate ocorreu na manhã seguinte, quando a Brigada Militar encontrou e prendeu Jacob. Revoltados, moradores da região lincharam o sequestrador, que não resistiram aos danos.
Impacto nas vítimas
O pai da adolescente vítima da tentativa de sequestro em Porto Alegre relatou que sua filha ainda enfrentou sequelas emocionais decorrentes do trauma sofrido. A mãe da menina de Tramandaí também destacou o abalo psicológico da filha, que, após o resgate, agradeceu à família por não desistir dela.
